Women's Resource Center Survey for Faculty and Staff
Please help the Anne Pederson Women's Resource Center to better serve Augsburg faculty and staff by participating in a short survey of just a few questions. This survey is for faculty and staff only; students will have other opportunities to provide feedback. The survey will be available until June 15.

Gardening Classes Starting Next Monday
Finding yourself with a new garden and more questions than veggies? The Augsburg Community Garden and the People's Center are hosting a series of gardening classes the next three Mondays 5:30-6:30 in the Augsburg Community Garden, at the corner of 20th Ave S and 6th St E. Each class will be taught by Augsburg Biology Professor and lifelong gardener Bill Capman.
Depending on response, there may be more classes later in the season. If you plan to come, please reply directly to this message so we can get an idea of attendance.

Class schedule:
Class 1 - June 14th - Basic Gardening (with a focus on new gardeners) - Garden planning, plant selection, planting, thinning, watering, weed control, and other basic skills
Class 2 - June 21st - Soils, Fertilizers, and Mulches - what is soil, why is it important, and how to improve growing conditions for our plants
Class 3- June 28th - Pest Management - How to identify and deal with some common garden pests (and when to not worry about them!)
When/Where: 5:30pm-6:30pm
