I would like to have a housemate share a townhouse across the street from Augsburg (South 6th St & 21st Ave S). The two level townhouse features ample shared space with two bedrooms upstairs. The eat-in kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and cookware. The large, upstairs bedroom faces a quiet courtyard, has ample closet space, plenty of privacy, with full bathroom next to the bedroom.
