Einstein's is Here...Almost

The construction on the new Einstein Bagel Bros. shop in Christensen Center is nearly complete. The project went very well and we want to thank those who put up with the noise and dust through the process. We did run into one snag. Due to the state shutdown we are not able to have our final electrical inspection to be cleared to open. So the bagels will have to wait until the state shutdown ends. We still have plenty of training to do so here is the revised schedule (provided the shutdown ends soon). The official soft opening will take place on Friday, August 12. The full opening will be September 3 and the grand opening will be September 8 when the students return to school. If you get a chance and you are in Christensen Center take a look at the new shop.
