Facilities Management Customer Service Survey

Approximately 18 months ago, the Facilities Management Department put out a survey in an effort to improve customer service in our department. We are, once again, posting this short (5-10 minute) survey to get current input from faculty and staff regarding the state of our departmental services. This survey will help us gauge areas that are still of concern to the Augsburg community and areas in which we may have improved.

To complete the survey, please go to the Inside Augsburg page on the Augsburg website and log in. Then, click the Facilities Customer Survey link located under the 'More News' section. You may respond anytime between now and Friday, April 23rd.

Thank you for your time and input!

Intentional Christian Community Housing

Love Where You Live!

Urban Homeworks' "Urban Neighbor Community" housing

An Urban Neighbor is a Christian individual who commits to living out their faith in Jesus in an urban neighborhood of Minneapolis or St. Paul. The Urban Neighbor Community is a ministry-of-presence model designed for the lives of college students, graduates, and working professionals.
Living as an Urban Neighbor means living a life where faith and action are inseparable. Urban Neighbor's are supported in this journey in their commitments to:

* Serve. Volunteer 2-3 hours weekly with a local ministry or organization that is targeting the needs of the urban community.
* Learn. Join with other Urban Neighbors once a month to learn about life and ministry, justice and mercy in the urban context.
* Live. Gather throughout each month with housemates to be real and go deeper as you follow Jesus together in the city.

Where would you live?

The Urban Neighbor Community is focused in the Central and East Phillips Neighborhoods of south Minneapolis, the Jordan and Hawthorne neighborhoods of north Minneapolis, and the Frogtown neighborhood in St. Paul. Urban Neighbors sign a one-year covenant and lease and live in a duplex or an apartment with 2 - 5 other people in a mixed-income housing model operated by Urban Homeworks. Rents vary from $350 - $400/mo, plus utilities. The rent includes the costs of honorariums for monthly speakers/workshops, food and event costs, and other supports from Urban Homeworks during your year.
