Spring WEC Grades Due June 27

Spring WEC grades are due Friday, June 27.

Grading information can be found through the following link:
http://www.augsburg.edu/enroll/registrar/faculty/index.html

Timely grade submission is important to our students. Most of our WEC and Grad students are on company reimbursement and work under time lines for submitting their tuition claim (which requires a grade for the course). Many of our Day students are dependent on scholarships which require graded coursework for continuance or for application for new monies. Thank you for your efforts to support our students.

8th Annual Music For Social Change

Music For Social Change is a day of singing, songwriting, and fun. For eight years, Advocating Change Together has hosted this musical event, bringing together self-advocates, consumers, and allies to sing songs from civil rights movements and create new songs to capture the spirit of the disability rights movement.

The purpose of this workshop is to expand the use of music in our work, promote disability as a civil rights struggle, and celebrate our ability to create a more just society.

Musicians Larry Dittberner, Sherry Minnick, Maria Brown, and Vern Bloom have experience singing with groups and including everyone in the singing and activities.

The workshop is free. Lunch is provided.

Saturday, July 26, 2008

Standing Catering Orders

A'Viands is excited to offer its services to its new community, Augsburg College. Unfortunately, due to the change over from Sodexo, many of the previously placed catering orders went with Sodexo. A'Viands is asking its new family to be patient and helpful by resubmitting previous catering orders. If there are any questions, please contact Michelle Inserra at catering@augsburg.edu or at 612-358-6474. A'Viands, also known as Augsburg Dining Service, is looking forward to building a great relationship with this great community. Thank you for your understanding,
