Subject: Poetry Club

Submitter:
Jessica Brittney King, Student

Message: Are you interested in poetry? Do you like poetry? Do you like to read poetry? Then you are in luck. I am willing to start a poetry club thats different than the one on campus. I want us to meet once a week in Urness or wherever you want to meet. I want us not only to write poetry but read it as well. If you would like to join me in setting up a completely different poetry club here than let me know.

My email address is princessacademy2001@yahoo. com or come to the fifth floor of Urness. My name is jessica but I go by JK since there are so many Jessica's on my floor. I hope to hear from you guys. Peace!

Subject: Augsburg Transportation Fair on Wednesday

Submitter:
Thomas S Ruffaner, Day Custodial Supervisor, Custodial Services

Message: Representatives from Metro Transit, Metro Commuter Services, HOURCAR, campus bikers and the Environmental Stewardship Committee will be on campus in the Christensen Center main lobby on Wednesday, September 5th from 9:00 AM until 1:00 PM to provide information about bus & light rail, Rideshare, Van-Go!, campus car pools, biking and walking to campus. Stop by and get assistance planning your commute with help from the experts and learn about the generously discounted transit passes available for students, staff and faculty. With the continued high price of gas, alternatives to the single occupant vehicle are even more important if you want to keep the cost of your daily commute down, reduce stress of dealing with heavy traffic or if you wish to reduce your impact on global warming and local air pollution.
