Subject: When will I get my financial aid award?

Submitter:
Meghan R Flores, Associate Director of Financial Aid, Enrollment Center

Message: Many day school students have been stopping by the Enrollment Center to submit final financial aid application materials for 2007-08 and inquire as to when they will receive word back regarding their award. Be sure to check your Augsburg email account over the summer; returning students will receive an email notifying them that their 2007-08 award letter is ready to view on-line. Awards are processed in the order of which we receive students' paperwork and therefore an exact date is difficult for us to predict; however, we anticipate the first group of award letter notifications will be sent to returning day school students in late May.

Still haven't submitted your FAFSA, signed copies of student and parent 2006 federal tax returns and the Augsburg College Verification Worksheet? It is not too late to submit these documents. Make it a priority to submit the documents within the next two weeks, so that you can avoid losing your Augsburg College scholarships and grants.
