Subject: "Hedda Gabler" Tickets on Sale 10/23

Submitter:
Sarah E Teich, Student

Message: Tickets are now on sale for the Augsburg College Theatre Department’s mainstage production of “Hedda Gabler,” written by Henrik Ibsen and directed by Martha Johnson.

The year 2006 marks the centennial of the death of the great Norwegian playwright Henrik Ibsen. To celebrate the strong Norwegian roots of Augsburg College and to join in the worldwide commemorations of Ibsen’s great achievements as a dramatist, the Theatre Arts Department proudly presents “Hedda Gabler.” “Hedda Gabler” continues to captivate contemporary audiences as a revolutionary portrait of a brilliant but frustrated woman living in a stifling, male-dominated world.

November 3, 4, 9, 10, and 11 at 7 p.m.
November 12 at 2 p.m.

Tickets: $2 Augsburg College Students; $8 ACTC faculty, staff, and students; $10 general public.

For reservations and more information, please call 612-330-1257.
