Subject: Vocatio Chapel this Wednesday

Submitter:
Ross Murray, Campus Ministry Associate; Tutoring Services Coordinator, Campus Ministry and Academic Enrichment

Message: Augsburg College's Vocatio Chapel series on "Vocation & Money" continues on Wednesday, January 25 at 10:20 in the Chapel. Our guest for January will be John Busacker. John Busacker is President of The Inventure Group and the Founder of Life-Worth, a life planning resource for the financial services industry. He is a frequent keynote speaker at business conferences and an internationally sought after facilitator on leadership and personal development.

John is a catalyst for bringing new wisdom to the dynamic relationship between life and money. Building on 14 years as a top sales leader and manager in the financial services industry, John is the author and architect of Life-Based Financial Planningú, a comprehensive system for aligning financial plans with life values and choices.

A native of Milwaukee, John graduated with honors from Carthage College with a degree in psychology and education and has completed advanced studies in counseling psychology. He is an avid reader and active explorer; he runs occasional marathons and has climbed mountains on several continents.

John draws his inspiration for living an on-purpose life from adventure travel with his wife and two teenage sons, teaching in a variety of Faith Communities and supporting the education and health needs of people in rural villages of Tanzania, East Africa through a foundation that he helped create.

For more information on the Vocatio Chapel series, contact Ross Murray at murray@augsburg.edu or 612-330-1151.
