Housemate Wanted

Come share an awesome townhouse across the street from Augsburg on South 6th St and 21st Ave S! The modern, two level townhouse, features ample shared space with your own large bedroom upstairs. The eat-in kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and cookware for all cooking and eating needs. The large, upstairs bedroom faces the quiet courtyard, has ample closet space and plenty of privacy, with bathroom and shower next to the bedroom. Next to the bathroom are a washer and dryer. The location is fantastic! Walking distance to everything in the West Bank area. Street parking is available with purchase of a $35 permit from the city. Bikes can be stored in the community garage. I am a 30 year old female graduate student at U of MN (In my 3rd year of a 6 year PhD program). I like to cook, ride my bike, play ice hockey, and board games when I am not working or sleeping. Please email <carbeit@gmail.com> for photos and to discuss the house.
