Frame of Mind

You are cordially invited to join Paul and Abigail Pribbenow for the spring 2008 Frame of Mind on April 3, 2008.

The evening’s selection is entitled, “The World Without Us” by Alan Weisman. This engaging, thought-experiment book examines what would happen to the systems humans have created if we were to all disappear tomorrow?

For those that may not get the chance to read through its entirety, we recommend that you focus on the Prelude, chapters 1, 2, 9, 13, 17, 18, 19 and Coda (approximately 80 pages of reading).

This event begins promptly at 5:15 p.m. at the Augsburg House, with dinner following the discussion.

There are still a few spaces open for this wonderful event! If you would like to attend, please call Mary Olson at 330-1212 to pick up your copy!

Let’s begin spring with a great book, engaging conversation and a “Frame of Mind!”
