Jan. 2-4: 6 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Jan. 5: 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Jan. 6: Noon - 8 p.m.
Jan. 7-11: 6 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Jan. 12: 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Jan. 13: Noon - 8 p.m.
Jan. 14: Regular hours resume

Enrollment Verification

Enrollment verification is NOT available either on AugNet Records and Registration or from the Enrollment Center until after the 10th day of Spring Day/Winter WEC (Jan. 28, 2008). Usually by the 15th day, students may obtain their own enrollment verification statement directly from the National Student Clearinghouse from their own computer via AugNet Records and Registration.

Or, if you are already familiar with this feature, you may log into AugNet Records and Registration and click on Enrollment Verification in the upper left hand corner menu. Note, the National Student Clearinghouse Enrollment Verification Form you will print off will have a box in the upper right corner to write in an insurance policy number. Please fill in this information, as filling in the policy number will aid them in matching up your verification with the correct policy (which may be a parent’s or spouse’s policy).
