Message: There will be no yoga or tai chi instruction on Tuesday or Thursday this week during spring break. Yoga will resume next Tuesday, March 27 at noon and again on Thursday, March 29th.

Tai chi will resume next Tuesday, March 27 from 5 - 6 p.m. Have a great spring break. See you next week.

Subject: Leadership Recognition Nomination

Message: It is that time of the year when we come together as college to recognize those individuals and organizations who have made outstanding contributions to our community in so many different ways. We recognize excellence, celebrate progress, share accomplishments and as a community take pride in the accomplishments of both individuals and organizations at Augsburg College.

Nomination packets are available in the Campus Activities and Orientation office, the Information Desk, Residence Life office, Public Safety, Vice President of Student Affairs office, Athletics office, Center for Global Education and many other locations on campus displaying the big green 'L' sign. The nomination packet includes awards for both individuals and student organizations. Please review the awards carefully and take the time to nominate students, faculty, staff or student organizations that you feel reflect the necessary criteria. A selection committee comprised of students, faculty, and administrators will review the nominations for award selection. Nominations are due March 29, 2007 by 5 PM

We encourage you to nominate at least one person as a way of saying thank you for the wonderful work they do. All nominees, nominators and award winners will be invited to the Leadership Recognition Banquet on April 19, 2007 at 5 P.M. where all the award winners will be recognized.
