Subject: Wells Fargo Summer Internships

Submitter:
Carly Eichhorst, Financial Aid Counselor, Enrollment Center

Message:
Wells Fargo is offering a summer internship program. The objective of the program is to provide individuals in the Minnesota communities an opportunity to gain valuable work experience, demonstrate skills and prepare for regular employment. We have a variety of summer intern positions ranging from entry level to professional level.

This program is not designed to simply fill "summer jobs." Throughout the program, interns will be invited to various events to network, develop skills and learn more about Wells Fargo businesses. If performance warrants and if the intern is available, it is our goal to assist the interns in finding regular employment upon completion of their assignments. Therefore, we are looking for candidates who:

Have proper work authorization to complete an I-9 form for continued employment.
Meet the position qualifications.
Are reliable and enthusiastic.
Are self-starters and possess a strong desire to learn

Due to the type of positions we are recruiting for, we are not able to consider students attending school in the United States with an F1 Visa.

The program is scheduled to begin in early June and run for approximately three months. The application deadline is February 28, 2006. Applications will not be accepted after this date.

For application material, email Melissa Banick at Melissa.A.Banick@wellsfargo.com or Carrie Longsdorf at Carrie.L.Longsdorf@wellsfargo.com.

It's fast enough for everyday things--surfing the web, word processing, photoshop, etc. I'm only getting rid of it because I need a mac for my design work. Otherwise, it works great.
