Public Safety and Facilities Announcements
Lot J Closed Friday
Lot J will be closed to all vehicles (including those with handicap permits) on Friday, May 27, for the US Attorney General visit. Any unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owners expense. Please park in any other Augsburg parking lot. Orange reminder signs will be posted at the lot entrances. As a reminder, metered spaces, reserved spaces, and handicap spaces will continue to be monitored for appropriate permit/payment throughout the summer months.
Athletic Facilities Closed for Memorial Weekend
The Athletic Facilities, including both fitness centers, will be closed from 8 p.m. Friday, May 27, to 6 a.m., Tuesday, May 31, for Memorial Weekend.

Library Closed for Memorial Weekend
Lindell Library will be closed from 5 p.m., Friday, May 27, until 9 a.m., Tuesday, May 31, in honor of Memorial Weekend.
Hours are always available on the Lindell Library website: www.augsburg.edu/library
Online library resources are also available 24/7 on that website.

Department of Residence Life Summer Office Hours
Attention summer residents and other Augsburg community members:
Please note summer office hours for the Department of Residence Life. The Anderson Residence Life Office is closed for the summer. All operations occur out of the Urness/Mortensen Residence Life Office during the summer months.
Summer office hours are as follows:
Monday through Thursday - 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Friday - 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
If you have any questions, please contact a professional staff member within the Department or call the Department of Residence Life's main office line at 612-330-1526.
Help North Minneapolis Tornado Victims
For those looking to do something for our neighbors in North Minneapolis, the Sabo Center is coordinating two trips up there, sandwich making on campus, and donations collection. Projects on site will depend on need, which we'll find out once meeting the volunteer coordinators. We'll have gloves, and plan to get dirty. Here's the schedule:
Wed 5/25 10-12 p.m.: PBJ Sandwich making
Wed 5/25 12-4 p.m.: Meet in Christensen Center lobby, travel there and return
Thurs 5/26 12-4 p.m.: Meet in Christensen Center lobby, travel there and return
Donations of canned food, bottled water, diapers, blankets, clothes, and other household items will be collected at the Christensen Center Welcome Desk all week long.

Join Auggie alumni, family and friends at the Children's Theatre Company for their sold-out smash hit ANNIE! Auggie alumni family discounted tickets are $28 and include a complimentary continental breakfast and reception prior to the show. You will also hear Auggie alumna Bri'Ann Wright '07 discuss her work at the Children's Theater Company and the Annie production.
A portion of your ticket price also helps support the Big Brother/Big Sister organization by allowing 14 volunteers and their "littles" attend this performance.
Regular ticket prices for adults are $49.50 and $34.50 for children, so don't let this incredible Auggie event pass you by!
