Bring Home some Fresh veggies TODAY

Don't forget: the Augsburg Farmers Market is open today (Tuesday) between 2 and 5 pm on the sidewalk in front of Foss. New potatoes, summer squash, lettuce, beans, and herbs are all in season.

Here's a recipe to try:

Roasted New Potatoes with Rosemary and Garlic

Ingredients

* 2 tablespoons olive oil
* 2 tablespoons finely minced garlic
* 2 tablespoons fresh minced rosemary
* Salt and pepper
* 16 new red potatoes, scrubbed and cut into relatively uniform chunks

Directions

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Toss the potatoes with the olive oil, garlic, rosemary and salt and pepper, to taste. Pour into the prepared baking dish and roast for 30-40 minutes until crisp on the outside and tender on the inside.
