Library Hours June 26-July 5
With the end of Spring WEC and Summer Session I, the library hours change:
Friday, June 26: 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Saturday, June 27: 7:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
Sunday, June 28: Noon - 5p.m.
Monday, June 29 - Wednesday, July 1: 10 a.m. - 4p.m.
Thursday, July 2 - Sunday, July 5: CLOSED
Monday, July 6: 10 a.m. - 4p.m.
Hours are always available on the Lindell Library web site: www.augsburg.edu/library
Online library resources are also available 24/7 on that web site.

Cedar Riverside Partnership Safety Walk - June 30
We’re inviting everyone in the neighborhood to join the Cedar Riverside Safety Walk!
Tuesday, June 30 at 6 p.m.
Meet at the Coyle Center
and enjoy ice cream after the Walk!
What is the Safety Walk? It is a gathering of local people who walk around the neighborhood with yellow vests to increase the safety presence in the area and pick up trash to keep the streets clean.
Our normal Safety Walk is every Tuesday and Friday at 7 p.m. We’re starting early this time so there is time for ice cream at the end!

Direct Deposit Offered to Student Workers
Human Resources is offering direct deposit for on-campus student workers beginning this summer. June was the first month direct deposit was offered to student workers, and 20% of the workers took advantage of the new benefit. Students may sign up for direct deposit by completing a Direct Deposit Authorization form, attaching a voided check, and bringing it to the Human Resources department. This form is located in Human Resources on the public drive under Payroll/Forms, or at the following link:

DIRECT DEPOSIT FORMS ARE DUE BY THE 5TH OF THE MONTH FOR DIRECT DEPOSIT TO BEGIN THAT MONTH.
Direct Deposit stubs will still be sent to the Enrollment Center to be picked up on the 15th of each month. You must pick up your own direct deposit slip as there is important information noted on it. If you do not pick it up, you may be unable to retrieve copies of them from Human Resources in the future.
Once you sign up for direct deposit, it will continue until you cancel or change it. You may cancel or change it at any time by coming to the Human Resources department. If you change or close accounts, register the change with Human Resources ASAP to avoid interruption of your direct deposit.

Groupwise Mail Maintenance, June 26, 7 p.m.
Access to Groupwise will be interrupted on Friday, June 26 beginning at 7 p.m. as the system is upgraded. We expect downtime to last from 1-2 hours. During this time, mail will be queued and delivered when the upgrade is complete. Student mail will not be affected.
