Incoming Adult Student Looking for Housing

I got in touch with this incoming student who's looking for a place in the next couple of weeks. She seems like she'd be a good candidate for someone looking for a subletter. She flies in soon, so needs a response ASAP -- contact her, Patricia Daniels, directly at 910-735-0652 or pdaniels@hush.com

Here's her original Craigslist posting:

"I am looking to rent a room or be a housemate. I would like to relocate to Minneapolis sometime between July and September to attend school in the fall, for 2-3 years. I have never been to MN. I am female over 45 years old but please don't let that get in the way of selecting me as a housemate as I do not mind sharing a home with younger people, male or female. While in school the past few years I have had a variety of roommates much younger and some older than me, all who I've gotten along with well. I try to get along, cooperate, and I really adapt to most living situations. Besides, being a student I would prefer to share a place with another student regardless of age, and it would be nice if they were interested in math or science and psychology. I do not have a car and I would like to live within walking distance to colleges, shopping, theater, coffee shops, etc.

I do not smoke, but I do not mind if others do. I do not use drugs, I meditate. I am clean and pretty neat but not a fanatic, I rarely drink only sometimes with dinner or at live entertainment. I don't usually have a lot of company, I do not watch much TV and would rather read a book. I love Indian food and I like to cook and experiment with ethnic food, tofu and healthy dishes. I usually listen to New Age music in my room but I love live bands and theater from opera to progressive metal music. I play the guitar a little bit. I am responsible, dependable and honest.

If you think you would like to have me as your roommate I would like to know more about what you have to offer me. Thank you."
