Subject: Campus Phone System Down on Sat. June 30, 6-10 a.m.

Message: In preparation for the Oren Gateway Center, we are performing a major upgrade to the campus telephone system on Saturday, June 30, beginning at 6 a.m.. This upgrade, the first in nearly 15 years, will require the entire system to be down for approximately 4 hours. During this time, you will not be able to make or receive calls from campus telephones. The voicemail system will be unavailable; callers will not be able to leave messages, and you will not have access to check your voicemail box--even from off campus.

After the upgrade is complete, your telephone will continue to work as before. Some of the voicemail prompts will sound different (the new system is called Call Pilot), but your voicemail greetings, messages, and pin will not change. As always, please contact your LFC for questions regarding your phone or voicemail.
