Subject: Augsburg Faculty in Concert

Message: Faculty artists Jennifer Gerth (clarinet), Bradley Greenwald (baritone), Janet Gottschall Fried (soprano) and Sonja Thompson (piano) will perform this week at a series of events celebrating the German composer Robert Schumann, marking the 100th anniversary of his death.

The Schumann Mini-Fest with "Maria Jette and Friends" begins today as part of the St. Paul Summer Song Festival sponsored by the Schubert Club. Bradley Greenwald and Sonja Thompson will perform Tuesday at noon, and Thursday evening at 8 p.m., and Janet Gottschall Fried will perform Thursday at 5:30 p.m. at the Landmark Center. Sonja Thompson will also perform Brahms Liebeslieder excerpts with the Rose Ensemble at 8 p.m. on Friday at Landmark.
