Subject: Last meeting of IRB for 2005-6

Submitter:
Norma C Noonan, Professor, Political Science

Message: Anyone who has a proposal for "full review" by the IRB (a proposal that involves sensitive issues or vulnerable populations) must submit the proposal by June 8 in order that it be considered before fall. Please deliver 10 copies of the proposal to Memorial 113 by that deadline.

Expedited reviews and "exempt" reviews (those that are less sensitive) are considered throughout the summer but may take longer because of the need to find readers.

Subject: NEW COPIERS ON CAMPUS

Submitter:
Matthew Rumpza, Manager Central Support Services, Central Support Services

Message: If you haven't received a new copier in your department yet, you will in the next couple of days. We have renewed our lease with Imaging Path (our copier vendor) and will be switching out the current fleet of copiers with new ones. These copiers are essentially the same but have a newer looking screen. For the first couple of weeks there will be no codes installed on the copiers. You can still make copies but you will not need to input your departmental code. I will be coming around to each copier in the next couple of weeks to install the same codes that are on the current machines. If you see representatives from Imaging Path changing out the copiers, they are approved to do so from the college. If you have any questions, you can give me a call at X1290.
