  • Submit through Inside Augsburg (Under “Augnet Services” in left column)
  • Edited by Marketing and Communication staff

Daily A-mail

  • Submit through the A-mail Submission Form. Your entry will be published in the next day’s A-mail.
  • Post stories about department events, faculty or student accomplishments, grants, awards, scholarships, etc.
  • Focus on events relevant to Auggies and include basic information such as dates, times, deadlines, and locations
  • Posts should be 150-250 words
  • May be edited by Marketing and Communication
  • Submission can not be scheduled to run consecutively
  • No images allowed

Printed invitations and postcards for external audiences

  • May be designed by Marketing and Communication
  • Pay for printing and postage from your budget
  • Submit a New Project request (right side of this webpage)
  • Please allow up to 6 weeks for design and printing

Digital screens

  • Published by Marketing and Communication
  • Preferred method of promoting events for on-campus audiences
  • Submit a Project Request
  • Please submit two weeks prior to event
  • Can change daily
  • No cost
  • 15-20 screens at a time, 8 seconds viewing time for each screen

Your department webpage

  • Research shows that the official College website is the primary place prospective students and parents go to learn about the College
  • Post information about ongoing programs, faculty accomplishments, grants, awards, and events
