Student Teaching Overview

The culmination of the coursework in all education programs will be student teaching for the final semester in a classroom within the community.  All potential student teachers must apply for a 12-week student teaching placement the semester before the intended student teaching term. Deadlines are generally October 1 for the following winter/spring and February 1 for the following fall semester.
Specific meeting times and sites will be announced via the department newsletter, email, methods courses, and the announcements page.
