The College attempts to create and maintain a positive living, working, and learning environment in which community members are aware of and respect the rights of others and where individuals take responsibility for their actions. Sexual harassment is any unwelcome conduct of a sexual nature. Sexual harassment is the umbrella term that includes sexual assault, sexual violence, any unwelcome sexual advances and other verbal, nonverbal, or physical conduct of a sexual nature.
