The 2003 North American Unicycling Championships and Convention is being held on the campus of Augsburg College, July 30-August 2, with most events taking place in Si Melby.

Events include competitions in artistic performance, group and pair routines, obstacle course, long and high jump and much more. There are also workshops to attend and vendors to visit for the approximately 250 riders from all around the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico.

The ages of the participants range from 4 years old all the way up to 70+ years.

This year's festivities are sponsored by the Twin Cities Unicycle Club, the largest and oldest unicycle club in Minnesota, with over 350 unicyclists.

Featured performers and coordinators for the convention include Augsburg Alums, Dana Schneider, who has been involved in the sport for 12 years, and Heather LeVesseur, who has been involved for 10.
