Photography Request Form

All photo requests must be received a minimum of 3 weeks prior to the event for scheduling purposes. ALL fields on this form must be completed before selecting “Send Form.” Priority will always be given to events and photos for which there is a broad external marketing purpose. If we cannot accommodate your request, we will be happy to help coordinate a freelance photographer for you, or you may check out a camera from the Office of Marketing and Communication by emailing geffre@augsburg.edu.

Project Request To request a print, electronic, or other type of project from the Office of Marketing and Communication use the project request form.
Digital Screen Request To request a screen on the digital display system in Christensen, Oren, Lindell, Sverdrup, and the residence halls use the digital screen request form.
