The Event Planning team represents Augsburg University to alumni, parents, and friends, as well as to prospective students and the general public.

Through experiential events and opportunities, we inform all of these constituents about the high quality and diversity of Augsburg’s programs, provide opportunities for our many constituents to interact, and celebrate the achievements of our students, graduates, faculty, and staff.

It is our objective to provide leadership and support that connect the Augsburg University community, achieve the goals of the meeting/event, raise the image of the university, and support its mission. We will be an active partner in planning meetings/events and will strive to provide a quality, welcoming experience.

3/31/17: Event and Conference Planning is re-organized as University Events.

1/31/17: Please note- because of the CC third floor shutdown which has taken, we have disabled self scheduling for the month of February. Please email or call 612.330.1104 to book out spaces.

10/25/16: The Event Accessibility page has been created. Check out how to make your event accessible.

5/25/16: Summer conferences are underway and we have some updates on parking. See the Hagfors Construction site or check out our loading and unloading document for your camp.

9/1/15: The University Events team won the 2015 Best Public Event for Losar with His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama
