New  Summer FPI Job Opportunities: The Fund for the Public Interest is seeking applicants for citizen outreach and Field Manager positions across the country this summer.   Search Institute VISTA Jobs: Search Institute, an internationally-recognized youth and family research center located in Minneapolis, has two full time VISTA-supported job openings. One is in the research and development department and the other is in marketing and funder research. Both positions require a participant to participate in the AmeriCorps VISTA program.   Jobs in Fridley This Summer:  The City of Fridley has several openings for those interested in working with youth this summer.   Free MTLE Preparation Site: A free site on which you can gain valuable test prep experience for the MTLE is available. It is the preparation site for the *Massachusetts* teacher candidate test.

The site can be located following these steps:

Go to: Learning Express (all centers)

  1. Career Center
  2. Prepare for an Occupation
  3. Teaching

Find the MTEL (this is the Massachusetts version but it is almost identical to the Minnesota version of the test)

Students need to register but only need to fill in the spots with an asterisk. and can skip the blank for student ID.
