The link on the on-line ordering page will bring you to a new and improved envelope ordering site. Upon your first visit, you will need to register as a new user. These instructions will show you how to register. The old shared login/password will not work. Use the new site to order any custom/personalized envelopes for your department. If you just need general Augsburg envelopes, order them through the AROWorks Copy/Print order site that you also use for copy jobs. General envelopes are kept on-site and can be obtained same-day from the Copy Center.
The new year marks the completed transition from the old copy request form to the new on-line copy request system. You can access this new system in two ways: 1) if you are a staff or faculty member, login to Inside Augsburg, and find the Copy Request link on the home page, under Administrative tasks, 2) if you are a student, login to Inside Augsburg, click A to Z directory, and select Central Services. You will find the system link on the main page and also under On-line ordering. The on-line ordering page also has a link to system instructions, if you need help.
Due to maintenance work, the sidewalk on the south side of Kennedy Center (commonly used to get from Lot L) will be closed one day Friday, December 12. Follow signage to go through the ice arena or around the building on Riverside Avenue.

Faculty and staff will be able to click into the new order system from the Inside Augsburg home page, under Administrative Tasks (must be logged in). Students can click into the system through the home page of Central Service (A-Z directory on the Inside Augsburg home page-must be logged in). The new system allows you to submit several requests at once, and upload several files, or indicate that you’ll be dropping off your originals at the copy center. You’ll choose all your job requirements – paper, finishing, etc. Ten identical training sessions are scheduled for October, all in Old Main 210. Wednesdays at 3 PM, and Thursdays at 3:30 PM. The United States Postal Service announced postage increases effective January 26, 2014. First class letters one ounce or less increase to 49 cents. If you have forever stamps, they are good forever, no matter what you paid for them; you do not need to add additional postage. Postcard stamps increase to 34 cents (postcards up to 4.25″ x 6″). International letters increase to $1.15. Remember, you can buy stamps and mail your personal mail and packages in the Outgoing Mailroom/Shipping & Receiving on the lower level of Christensen Center.
For your personal or department postage stamp needs, head to the Shipping/Receiving Department, lower level Christensen Center.
Now you can call just one number if your copier or printer is having service problem or needs toner. Call the copy center at extension 1054. Be prepared to give the machine ID number and location.
