Minneapolis Snow Emergency Parking
During the winter break, the City of Minneapolis declared a snow emergency. Snow emergencies affect Minneapolis city streets. Sometimes the rules can be confusing, especially because they only occur a few times per year.
However, if you are ticketed and towed, it can be costly to recover your vehicle. If you utilize Minneapolis city street parking, check out the Department of Public Safety's new webpage about Minneapolis snow emergencies:

The website has links to Minneapolis' website for snow emergency parking, a copy of the snow emergency parking rules, links for iPhone and Android snow emergency parking apps, information on signing up for notifications, and other useful information.
Remember to also watch your email and other postings for notifications about parking in Augsburg lots and on Augsburg streets during snow removal on campus.

Daily A-mail Schedule
The Daily A-mail will not be distributed on Thursday, Jan. 1, due to the New Year holiday. Submit announcements, kudos, event promotions, or other messages to A-mail after 12 p.m. on January 1 for distribution on January 2. Submissions made prior to noon on January 1 may not successfully transfer to the A-mail archive for 2015.
