Sidewalk Repairs Around Campus

Memorial Hall Elevator Modernization

In order to comply with City of Minneapolis ordinances, the Memorial Hall elevator needs to have extensive modernization. The elevator will be out of service beginning early June for 12-14 weeks. If alternative access accommodations are anticipated for any staff, faculty, students, or customers, please contact Dennis Stuckey at 612-330-1033, Bryan Massich at 612-330-1744 or Katie Berggren at 612-330-1691 as soon as possible.

Lot J Reopening May Be Delayed

The re-paving of Parking Lot J, behind Charles S. Anderson Music Hall, is running behind schedule due to the rain last Monday. It may be closed until the middle of next week. You'll know when the lot is ready when the barricades come down! Thanks for your patience.

Liberal Arts and Professional Studies - June 4

Summer Conversation Series
Integrating Liberal Arts and Professional Studies

Through a series of off-campus experiences, faculty will have the opportunity to engage in cross-disciplinary conversations and challenge the assumption of a dichotomy between Liberal Arts and Professional Studies. This opportunity made possible with an Innovation Grant and open to ALL Faculty. The first experience is:

June 4: Industry and Energy in the Heart of the City: The Mill City Museum
11-1 p.m. No homework. Includes free lunch at D'Amico's. Bring your walking shoes.

Leadership Training - Spaces Still Available

We are pleased to announce a free day-long Leadership Training opportunity. Typical professional development courses cost hundreds of dollars and require employees to travel to offsite locations. So Augsburg Human Resources is bringing the training to you!

The Leadership Training session will be held facilitated by Diane Hinds from Achieve and will be held in the Marshall room, lunch will be provided and all fees will be covered by the HR office!
