New Copier Installation Schedule

The schedule for the installation of new Canon multi-function copiers is below. Please pardon the disruption while we take out the old, move in the new and re-establish network connections. Remember, the Copy Center is available to assist you if you need something while your copier is unavailable. If all goes very well, we may work ahead a bit on the schedule.

Outside Telephone Line Upgrade, Wednesday, June 26

Our outside telephone lines will be upgraded on Wednesday, June 26, beginning at 6 p.m. The upgrade should take from 1 to 2 hours. During this time, calls into or from campus will only connect intermittently. On-campus calls will continue to work as normal. If you have an emergency, please dial, as usual, Public Safety at 1717.

"On-Hold" Accounts Payable Checks

Authorization Invoices processed with a "On-Hold" request originally to be picked up on Friday, July 5, will be available on Wednesday, July 3, anytime after 1:00 p.m. due to the "President's Holiday".
