Public Safety and Facilities Announcements
Document Shredding
The Facilities Department is scheduling a document shredding company to be on campus the morning of Wednesday, June 22nd. If you have any confidential materials that you wish to be shredded at that time, please box them up and mark the boxes 'to be shredded'. Then, submit an online facilities work request no later than Monday, June 20th for our staff to pick up these boxes from your office before the shredding company arrives. If you have any questions, please email me (adamsth@augsburg.edu) or call x1566.

Remember the Writing Lab
The Augsburg Writing Lab is open during the first and second summer sessions from 4:30 - 6 PM on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. The lab is located on the street level of Lindell Library, left of the circulation desk. Tutors are able to help writers at any stage of their writing process; no appointments are needed.

Empty Binders Needed
We need binders for the Campus Kitchen Culinary Arts Job training program. Does your office have up to 20 old, even mismatched ones, that we can have? We'd like to avoid buying new ones. Contact me or Erika coe@augsburg.edu who will be running the program. Thanks!
