Athletic Facilities Holiday Break Hours
The following are the holiday break hours for Athletic Facilities. Reduced hours will begin on Sunday, Dec. 19.
Si Melby Hall and Kennedy Center:
Sunday, Dec. 19 Noon – 8pm
Monday, Dec. 20 – Thursday, Dec. 23 6am – 8pm
Friday, Dec. 24 – Sunday, Dec. 27 Closed
Monday, Dec. 27 – Thursday, Dec. 30 6am – 10pm
Friday, Dec. 31 and Saturday, Jan. 1 Closed
Sunday, Jan. 2 Noon – 10pm
Monday, Jan. 3 - Friday, Jan. 7 6am – 10pm

Teaching and Learning
Lindell Library Late Nights, then Holiday Hours
The library, with quiet study, group study, and computing spaces, remains open until 1 a.m. tonight. We invite you to come!
Holiday hours until classes resume will be:
Dec. 16, Thursday: 8 am – 6 pm
Dec. 17, Friday: 10 am – 3 pm
Dec. 18-19, Saturday-Sunday: closed
Dec. 20-22, Monday-Wednesday: 10 am – 4 pm
Dec. 23-27, Thursday-Monday: closed
Dec. 28-30, Tuesday-Thursday: 10 am – 4 pm
Dec. 31-Jan. 2, Friday-Sunday: closed
Hours are always available from the "Hours" link on the Lindell Library web site: www.augsburg.edu/library
Online library resources are also available 24/7 on that web site.
Computing resources are available throughout the holiday in the 24-hour lab in Urness Hall (just past the Department of Public Safety).

Submit Absence Reports & Monthly Time
All Absence Reports and Monthly Time Sheets should be submitted to HR no later than Tuesday, Dec. 28, 2010. Remember, with transition from monthly to biweekly, these final paper time sheets are only for December 1-25.
"On-Hold" Accounts Payable Checks
Authorization Invoices processed with a "On-Hold" request originally to
be picked up on Friday, December 24th will be available on Wednesday, December 22nd anytime after 1:00 pm because of the Christmas Holiday.
